Discussion of 'The Inner Voice', led by Denise Riley

Denise Riley's background is in European philosophy and political thought, philosophy of language, poetry and poetics, social and intellectual history. She is a well-known poet whose selected poems appeared with Reality Street Editions in 2000. Her two most recent books are The Force of Language [with Jean-Jacques Lecercle], (Palgrave Macmillan 2004); and a selection of her essays: Impersonal Passion: Language's Affect (Duke University Press 2005).
